Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days — $14.99
- Express Shipping — 1–3 business days — $19.00
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $120.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via Australia Post.
Delays While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays, or high-demand periods.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Primed to Perfection is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@primedtoperfection.com.au and we will investigate with the carrier.
