How to Use:
Apply a small amount to clean lips before beginning your makeup routine. Allow it to absorb and plump the lips while you apply your face makeup. Blot away any excess before applying lip liner or lipstick. (Note: A warming or tingling sensation, and mild redness, are a normal response to the Menthol and Cinnamon Bark Oil in this formula.
